You ll still get the smoke when you leave the towers for the casinos but you ll always have the escape of the hotel. I think the price is pretty nice especially if you shop around for the best package offer online. We ll definitely stay there again. |

And by the way ROACHES AND CRICKETS all blend in with the carpet.. and not to leave anyone out the carpet mites you can actually see. I hope you didnt look at photos online they are soooooo far from the truth..Lets not talk about the water...OMG its off every month twice a month.. My AC is BROKEN AGAIN! its 104 degrees out and the office said they will put in a work order. Yeah ok..I need a new carpet and i was told by the office what do you expect for 792.00.. yeah my rent is still 792.00 while all new comers get it for 640.00. and the apt. is bigger. ( more space for the roaches) If you like roaches crickets carpet mite and GIANT ROACHES come live here.. this is the WORST Apartment I've ever lived in. DONT DO IT!!!!!! |

I feel like I am in the deeper trenches of the ghetto. Not just nasty black people but white trailer trash prevails. Children are left unattended and parents are either selling or using drugs or both. There are roaches everywhere and I find myself itching all the time. assigned parking means you park 10 miles away from your apartment. There is trash everywhere and cops are here all the time for different disturbances. Kids vandalize the laundry rooms and it smells like cat pee. Even the pool is murky and dangerous. Staff is pretty much clueless but good at pretending to care. The A/C is always breaking down. It takes forever for maintenance to respond and only put a band aid on the problem but not actually fix it. Excessive loud rap music at all hours and teenagers using foul language around small children all the time. Fighting and yelling at all hours and will wake you up at 2 am. The entrance gate is closed at night but the exit gate is open. WTH? With all the trash i.e. food wrappers puke cans etc.. i carry my dog to the grassy area because I don't want her paws to get infected. Oh and there are spiders here too. The appliances seem like they are from the 70's. The whole complex just smells and once you are inside you don't want to venture out especially at night. Broken glass everywhere from the kids throwing rocks or drunks throwing beer bottles. Most of the time the staff do not answer the phones during office hours and take forever and a day to give you a response. The staff is more concerned about luring people in and once you are sucked in you are doomed. Thank God they have 6 month leases. a word of advise...STAY AWAY BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID!!! |

Had my car broken into despite "Security" on premises. Also they turn the H2O off every Wed. for weeks all day--eeek! Not good for anyone who works odd hours. |
