Having lived here for a year now I am pleased to say that I made the right choice. The owner and manager are quick to respond and courteous to deal with. Needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and they are friendly to work with. The apartments are not the largest around but are cozy and clean. There are no bug problems no crime and no major complaints. The property itself in beautiful for the area. You are seconds from the bike trail following the fox river and there is a nice treeline for a backdrop. There is also a nice courtyard area in the complex and the layout is spacious enough not to feel cramped. Add the fact that they throw in free heat (Gas) water/sewage and trash and this is the best deal I have found in the area for sure! I would recommend it to someone looking for a nice clean economical rental solution. |

Jill was also the most pleasant person I have met in a long time. After showing me the condo we spoke for almost an hour about any and everything.My only reason for not renting it is that is it two BR and a little out of my price range for a newly divorced woman BUT let me tell you I thought on it really hard. Who ever gets this condo I'm sure they will be please with Jill and the layout. The building was very quite and clean. |
