The food was certainly up to par the service was good also. But a few days later after paying my bill with my Visa I had an error in my bank account stating that my bill was for $23 dollars and some odd cents. ALSO another bill for $264 dollars and some odd cents. One of the most expensive meals I have ever had in this type of restaurant for 2 people. Especially since I got the 2 for $20 meal. It is now 4 days later and I am still waiting for the money to go back into my account. I called both the bank and Chili's and was assured I would receive this money back. I am still waiting. .... I WOULD BE CAREFUL OF YOUR CREDIT CARDS...... Just to let you know I am so dissapointed also with the conversation of the Manager in Chili's. He should have been more accommodating. This was not the case. AGAIN 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the return of my funds. |

This was our first time and the place looked busy from the outside. We went in and found that it wasn't that busy at all. The waitress came over and took our drink orders than came back to take our meal orders. I ordered a WELL DONE Black Angus Cheeseburger with Cheese and Bacon on a pretzel roll. My husband ordered a Double Black Angus Cheeseburger Medium Rare. It took about 15 minutes to get our Burgers from the kitchen. I first tried a French Fry it was warm and soggy. I then looked down at my burger it came served with the bun off. There was something about it that didn't look right.I separated the beef patty in half and blood just started dripping out of the sandwich through my roll onto my plate. How disgusting. My husband called the waitress over and explained she mixed up the meat orders. She took our plates and said she would have it corrected. 5 minutes later she came back again and said our order should be out in a few minutes. She came out again this time with our new Burgers. I should of have noticed something wasn't right when the fries were cold. My husband gets ready to put some toppings on the burger when he moved the top patty. We couldn't believe our eyes. They gave him my old burger but cooked it longer so it wasn't dripping blood. Yes it was my old burger it was split down the center just like I had down the first time. I could not believe that they would take a returned item that somebody had touched and offer it to somebody else? Have you ever heard of Hygiene? But wait that is not the worst part.The new burger that I got the 2nd time was cooked correctly but unfortunately for me I look down at the side of the bun and what did I see? Blood dripped down the side. Why yes they reused my bun and the blood from the burger before was sopped up on my new burger. What kind of circus is this place running. That was the last straw. We called the manager over we explained our situation and she apologized. She said please order something else off the menu and she would give us a small discount. We had had enough two times was enough for us. I was completely grossed out and lost my appetite. Needless to say we will never come back again. |
