Latest Review for Firefly:
This place is amazing!! I was planning my wedding reception for 30 people and came across amazing reviews for Firefly! I called them up and not only were they super friendly but the pricing was very reasonable as well. Everytime I called with questions or concerns they were so helpful and reassuring. They have a banquet room that they charge only $200 for and it was beautiful! It has a separate entrance bathroom and bar which really gives you the feeling like you are the only one there. We didn't even have to see the other guests in the main restaurant. I made all the decorations for the wedding and gave them instructions on how to set up. I was nervous that they might not get it right but they nailed it!! I can't believe how perfect everything was. All the guests kept raving about the food being the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Special thanks to Regina and Valeria for all of their help. These ladies are very professional. I would definately recommend firefly for dinner or an intimate event. Very impressed!!

My wife and I celabrated our 35th anniversary at Emierl's Ne Orleans fish House located in the MGM in Las Vegas. We were seated right away. We were asked if we wanted a table or a booth. We choses a booth. We were taken to our table right away. Our waiter Doug was very fast to great us and to make sure we were aware of the nightly specials. He made a few suggestions and described each selection with great detail. We choose the chef summer special. Within a couple of minute we had bread and a special appitizer from the chef. Dinner was served tinely and the four coarses were very good. Now it is time for dessert. The chef Heath came out to serve us with a great selcetion. also the manager Jason came over to visit and congratulate us. Were we very impressewd with the entire evening and would recomend eating at The Fish House for your dinning experiance.

Latest Review for The Palm:
The Lobster Bisque has a new classy presentation. The bowl is placed in front of you with lobster chunks and cr??me fraiche in the middle. Your server pours the hot bisque in a swirling motion around the lobster centerpiece and fills the bowl. The bisque is velvety smooth with a rich hearty flavor of lobster. The cr??me fraiche makes the bisque creamy and luscious. Add a couple of grinds of fresh ground pepper and you're good to go. Thumbs up way up! The 18 oz. New York strip was cooked to a perfect rare and had optimum seasoning. Its juiciness and char-grilled crust really seals the deal. The lobster tails were cooked to perfection succulent and sweet. The drawn butter brought even more sweetness out of each tasty morsel. Thumbs up way up! The Brussels Sprouts were perfectly cooked. But it was a little too heavy on the lemon. It definitely needs to be toned down a bit or else sprinkle lemon zest on top for a nice zing. The French fries are topped with parmesan and garlic. These fries are da bomb! It???s made with fresh cut potatoes with a light crispy outside and tender inside with a hint of kettle chip flavor. The parmesan garlic seasoning is perfect. Ask your server for a side of ranch dressing and you're set. Their ranch dressing is so good! Thumbs up way up!

Latest Review for Battista's Hole in the Wall:
Vacationed in Vegas and wanted some Italian food off the strip. This place was cool. For one price you get unlimited house wine soup or salad bread dinner and cappucino. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews... the portions were HUGE! I've never been served such a large piece of lasagna. The complaints about the wine are ridiculous...it's HOUSE wine so drink it for what it is or simply don't drink it it's not the best but not the worst either. Don't know why people complained about the bread because it was our favorite part....warm soft crusty and brushed in garlic butter. The food was good. So maybe it's not 5 star Italian cusine but you go to this place for the history. Lots of celebrities have been here...hell Wolfgang Puck's pic is on the wall! The atmosphere is charming...dimly lit walls cluttered with things. It reminds you of a place where the Mafia would hang out back in the late 70s. THE place to be back in its day and now it survives on the nostalgia and allure of a simple little hole in the wall serving up classic Italian food. Take it for what it is....it's not Olive Garden or any of that crap...this place has charm history and you would be hard pressed to find as much food for the money... we happened to enjoy our visit to Battistas!
